Processing Window: All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 5 business days of order placement.
Operating Hours: Orders are shipped during regular business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

2. Worldwide Shipping & Destinations

We currently offer worldwide shipping at a flat rate of $5.99 USD to almost all international destinations.

In the rare event that our logistics partners cannot service your region, our support team will contact you immediately to assist with necessary adjustments or offer a full refund.

3. Order Tracking & Delivery

Tracking Information: Once your package is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

Customs & Carrier Delays: Please note that delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to international customs clearance procedures, agricultural inspection delays, or peak holiday transportation issues beyond our control.

4. Shipping Address & Address Changes

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, absolutely! You can specify a different shipping address during the checkout process.
How do I request a shipping address change?

If you need to modify your shipping address, please email us immediately at service@cyuikry.com on or before 11:00 PM (PDT, UTC-7) on the same day your order was placed. Once your order has entered our warehouse dispatch system after this cutoff time, the shipping address can no longer be updated.
